Quality Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@luxrestyled.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Damaged Item Process
For items damaged during shipping or due to manufacturing defects:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order number and clear photos
- We will provide a full refund or replacement when possible
- Return shipping will be covered by LUXRESTYLED
Processing Time
Refunds for qualifying damaged items will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
